Features

Two people use this every day. One is hungry, the other is in a hurry.

That's why this list is split by who uses it, not by module. Nobody wakes up wanting “catalog management”: they want to change the price of a sandwich before the rush starts.

Who orders

On a phone, standing up, on bad wi-fi.

Sees the food before any form

The first scroll is the menu. Sign-up only comes at checkout, and the address is saved on the customer's own device — never on our server.

Knows the real price before the end

On a half-and-half pizza, the pricier of the two flavors sets the price, not the sum. The total is the same in the list, on the item page, in the cart and in the message.

Follows along without calling to ask

“On the grill now”, “ready in about 12 min” — what's actually happening, not the system's internal status.

Installs nothing

It's an address in the browser. Anyone who wants can add it to their home screen; anyone who doesn't loses nothing.

Who serves

At the counter, on a tablet, with a full house.

Changes the menu without asking anyone

Price, description, photo and sold-out in one tap, by the restaurant itself. What you change at 7:00 p.m. is live by 7:01.

Gets the order on the kitchen screen

Live, with no waiter writing it down. A new order pulses three times and stops — blinking forever turns into noise you learn to ignore, and that's when an order slips by.

Prints the kitchen ticket on 80 mm paper

The ticket prints by itself on the thermal printer when the order comes in. The switch is per device: the owner's phone doesn't fire paper in the kitchen.

Closes the bill restaurant by restaurant

In a food court, each business closes out what's its own. The table only closes once every restaurant with an order has been paid.

Staff calls come from the right table

The table QR is signed and expires. Without that, a photo of the sticker could become an order on someone else's bill.

Sees the day without a spreadsheet

End-of-day report per restaurant, with what was paid and how. The app informs; you're the one who gets paid.

Honesty

What isn't ready yet.

This list is dated and keeps getting shorter. It exists because the alternative — finding out after you sign — is worse for you and worse for us.

ItemStatus
NFC-e invoicingThe core is ready and numbering comes from the server. Issuing for real depends on your company being accredited with the state SEFAZ and on a certified provider — in Santa Catarina, the software itself must be accredited too (PAF-NFC-e). Until then the receipt prints stamped not valid for tax purposes, at the top and at the bottom.
Automatic confirmation on WhatsAppThe order goes out ready for the chat, and the restaurant sends it. Automatic sending requires the official WhatsApp API, which is a contract with Meta — it isn't in the product today.
Driver tracking on a mapDoesn't exist. The customer follows the cooking, not the route.
In-app paymentNot a pending item — a decision. We won't have a payment gateway. The Pix is yours, the card machine is yours, and the money goes straight into your account.

Easier to see than to read.

The demo runs the whole flow: the customer ordering on a phone, the kitchen receiving on a tablet and the bill closing restaurant by restaurant.
